1. When's the earliest time you can deliver? What are the delivery charge?
We are pleased to offer Delivery within most Singapore for FREE. But do note that Surcharge applies for delivery to certain parts of Singapore due to tighten security measures or more time is taken for clearance which includes:

2. Can you send the gifts overseas?
No, we can only deliver within Singapore.
3. What should I do if I gave the wrong details?
Please email us at sales@laurel.sg to inform us of the correct details immediately.
For failed delivery attempt has been made, a re-delivery fee of $15 will apply. Alternatively, if you do not wish to re-deliver, you may self collect at our office.
4. Will there be an increase in prices leading up to Valentine's Day?
Yes, the prices of some flowers like roses are expected to increase during the period leading to Valentine's Day. Arrangements and bouquets with roses will be subjected to price adjustments but can be substituted with other flowers with no price change.
5. Are your cakes certified Halal?
Yes, our cakes are Halal Certified.
6. Can I add more items to my gift?
Yes! Please email us at sales@laurel.sg
7. How to open a corporate account?
Please email us at sales@laurel.sg. We will send you our Corporate Registration Form.
8. What corporate discount do you offer?
At present, our corporate discount is up to 15% subjected to terms and conditions.
(Not Applicable to Christmas Hamper, CNY Hamper and Valentine Day orders.)
9. Any special discount for Bulk orders (eg. 50 set) for Individual Customer?
Yes! Please email us at sales@laurel.sg for more information.
Note: Special discount for Bulk orders does not include orders from Festive Season as we have offer promotional discount during Festive Sales.
10. Do you accept customised orders?
Yes! However, it will depend on the availability of the product. Please email us at sales@laurel.sg check with us.
